  • for anyone that struggles with anxiety but especially for panic/anx attacks check out the Dare response website, app and book. The app has daily meditations and audios that guide you through tough situations (they truly are the ONLY thing that have got me through some of the most difficult panic episodes of my life) The DARE response is a way of living, it teaches you to no longer fear your anxiety but be friend it (easier said than done, I know!) But DARE has truthfully helped me through some of the darkest times, they also have support groups and fb groups where you can meet others & cheer each other on through anxiety recovery. If there is one thing i could beg you to try if you have anxiety/panic disorder its this. Visit the DARE website here -
